Aakanksha Sundar
Hello! I'm Aakanksha, a mental health professional. I believe everyone has the strength to heal, grow, and thrive -- therapy is a step toward unlocking that potential. My practice draws from cognitive, behavioural, and humanistic approaches to support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and substance use. I follow a client-centred approach, tailoring each session to support your unique needs and goals in your journey of personal growth.
Outside of work, I find immersing myself in music really soothing to relax and reset. I also enjoy getting lost in books or binge-watching movies and TV shows that spark my curiosity. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where we collaboratively unpack challenges and build strategies for change—at a pace that feels right for you.
