Aarthi Sivakumar
Hey there! This is Aarthi Sivakumar, a trainee mental health professional offering sessions under supervision at Heart It Out, supporting individuals aged 13-40. I have experience as a special educator, working with children's behavioral and emotional needs. My approach is client-centered and CBT-informed, focusing on empathy, active listening and emotional regulation. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
In my personal time, I enjoy watching a wide range of films, exploring music and listening to podcasts. I also like going for walks, cooking and engaging in art. I'm naturally curious and enjoy learning new skills over time. In therapy, I offer a warm, calm and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
