Arjun Siddarth
Hi there, I'm Arjun, a dedicated mental health professional committed to helping people between the ages of 18 and 45 overcome their emotional and psychological struggles. My practice is rooted in cognitive and humanistic approaches, allowing me to tailor sessions to each individual's unique needs. My aim is to provide my clients with a comfortable and safe environment where they may freely discuss their issues without fear of judgment.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching films, going for long walks in natural spaces, and also used to swim competitively. I also adore capturing images of landscapes and driving far distances to see them.
Completed an MSc in Psychology with Merit from the University of Essex and a B.A. in Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College
Executed a dissertation research project in Social Psychology during my Masters at University of Essex.
Gained hands-on experience through internships at Samvaad Institute of Speech and Hearing (ABA),Seedling Foundation for youth in conflict with the law and volunteered at Samaritans (National crisis helpline) UK.
Completed specialised crisis call training with Samaritans.
