Hello! I'm Ashiqa, a trainee therapist dedicated to helping clients aged 13-40 find comfort in their own space, no matter where they are in life. I derive my guidance from cognitive and humanistic approaches to tailor my sessions according to the needs of each of my clients. My goal is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and warm space for clients to discover themselves, learn, grow, and heal at their own pace.

Outside my professional life, I enjoy reading lots of fiction, writing, exploring different genres of music, and finding a new movie to unwind with. I am also a big fan of art and history.
