Ashley Arora
Hello, I'm Ashley Arora, a Mental Health Professional with a Master's in Psychology (M.A. Hons, Clinical specialization). I have extensive clinical exposure through internships in hospitals, NGOs, and mental health clinics, working with diverse populations and psychological concerns. I specialize in evidence-based and integrative approaches including CBT-informed, humanistic, and supportive therapy. My focus areas include anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered toward meaningful personal growth and psychological well-being.
Outside my professional practice, I value balance, reflection, and continuous learning. I enjoy reading psychology-based content, spending quiet time in nature, binge-watching movies and series, and listening to music. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, ensuring individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate emotional challenges and build healthier patterns in life.
