Hello! I'm Ayushman, with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in mental health care. My areas of interest include psychopathology, personality disorders, and the manifestation of antisocial behaviour in different populations. I integrate cognitive-behavioural and humanistic approaches to create personalised, evidence-based interventions, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and achieve meaningful change.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing several instruments like guitar, bass, keyboard and can sing as well. Music serves as both a creative outlet and a source of personal reflection for me.
