Caroline Anna Mathew
Hello! I'm Caroline, a mental health professional with a background in psychology and education. My approach integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural principles. I use active listening, psychoeducation, and strengths-based techniques to help individuals navigate emotional, behavioural, and personal challenges while building practical solutions in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time in prayer, reading, exploring creative ideas, and finding joy in meaningful everyday moments. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel heard while also helping you recognise your strengths, gain clarity, and work towards meaningful, achievable change.
