D Sanjana
Hey, this is Sanjana. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. With my clinical experience, I focus on concerns like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, overthinking, and emotional regulation. I use approaches like CBT and REBT, along with techniques such as cognitive restructuring and behavioural activation, to support you in a practical and compassionate way while maintaining strong ethical care.
Beyond my work, I enjoy journaling, watching series, and occasionally playing badminton. I love driving—whether it's taking my car or riding a two-wheeler—especially exploring new roads and discovering hidden gems, sometimes with no set destination. Therapy with me is gentle, supportive, and collaborative—where you can express yourself freely, feel understood, and work at your own pace without any pressure or judgment.
