Deepshikha Srivastava
Hello! I'm Deepshikha, a counselling psychology professional passionate about supporting young adults and working professionals through life transitions, relationship concerns, self-discovery, and emotional challenges. My approach is rooted in person-centred principles, guided by empathy, active listening, and a strengths-based perspective. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard and understood, supporting you in exploring your concerns, recognising your strengths, and moving towards greater well-being and personal growth.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time in nature, going for walks, and getting lost in a good story through a book, movie or series. Therapy with me is a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

Explored the lived experiences and mental health concerns of a young queer adult through an academic project on Queer Affirmative Therapy, with a focus on identity, relationships, and psychosocial challenges.
