Disha Gandhi
Hello! I'm Disha Gandhi, a mental health professional dedicated to supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults through emotional, personal, and life challenges. My practice integrates evidence-informed, trauma-informed, REBT, CBT, and humanistic approaches to help individuals navigate anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. I strive to create an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where every client feels safe, heard, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

Beyond my professional work, I enjoy painting, sketching, reading, travelling, and exploring new experiences that help me stay curious and connected to different perspectives. Spending time with family, friends, and meaningful stories through books and films reminds me of the importance of empathy and human connection. I aim to bring the same warmth, curiosity, and respect into every therapeutic conversation.
