Eva Pasangha
Hello! I'm Eva, a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals aged 18-30 as they navigate emotional challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. I draw from cognitive, behavioural, and humanistic approaches to tailor therapy to each person's unique journey. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow at their own pace.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy long drives, travelling, discovering new music, and unwinding with a good film or series. I am also an avid animal lover.
