Gayathree M
Hi, I'm Gayathree, a mental health professional committed to supporting individuals aged 13-50. As a therapist, I'm deeply curious about the experiences that shape people into who they are, and I love creating a space where those stories can be truly heard and understood. I practice queer-affirmative therapy and draw on CBT and behavioral techniques, while keeping sessions flexible and tailored to what works best for you. My approach is collaborative; I guide and support clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Above all, I value genuine connection, non-judgment, and creating space for your story to be fully yours.
Outside the therapy space, I'm someone who loves a good walk and the calm that comes with being in nature. I'm drawn to all things creative, whether it's art, exploring new places, or cooking a comforting meal. I also love games, meaningful conversations, and anything that lets me connect with people and stories in simple, genuine ways.
