Gayathri Anuradha
Hello! I am a therapist who works primarily with young and middle-aged adults seeking support or a space to better understand what they are going through. I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. My approach draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and person-centred principles, while incorporating creative and art-based techniques when they feel helpful. Together, we can work towards greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, and meaningful personal growth.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me in my small balcony garden, rewatching a comfort show for the 50th time or trying to keep my home organised (with varying levels of success. I also enjoy visiting art galleries and browsing bookstores, even if my growing stack of unread books suggests I'm more optimistic than disciplined. I appreciate the simple routines and small moments that bring balance to everyday life.
