Gayathri Prabhu
Hello! I'm Gayathri Prabhu, a passionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals through their personal and emotional journeys. Grounded in humanistic and cognitive principles, I use a client-centered approach to create a safe, non-judgmental space for tailored therapeutic work. I bring curiosity, calm, and compassion into every session, encouraging meaningful conversations and self-discovery. My goal is to nurture self-awareness, acceptance, and personal growth—empowering clients to explore their emotions, take ownership of their experiences, and move forward with confidence. I'm especially passionate about raising awareness around neurodivergence and honoring both its unique strengths and challenges.
Outside of my professional life, I'm an animal lover and avid traveler who enjoys discovering new places and cuisines. In my free time, I recharge by drawing mandalas, baking, reading, and playing badminton. I'm passionate about exploring and learning new things that challenge me and help me grow into a better version of myself.
