My approach emphasizes holistic growth, and I work extensively with stress, anxiety, child and career counselling, and organizational well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative expression through painting and crafts. Nature is my space for reflection, and I love spending time walking or simply soaking in quiet moments outdoors. I also cherish connecting with people and believe in learning from everyday experiences.
