I am a trainee therapist taking sessions under supervision at heart it out training in eclectic approach, focused on creating a safe, empathetic space and non judgemental environment where individuals can share their concerns. My professional journey spans diverse settings including hospitals, psychiatric centres, NGOs, special needs facilities, and counselling platforms. I have experience in conducting supervised counselling sessions, case history taking, mental status examinations, session planning, and administering basic psychometric assessments. My focus is on integrating evidence-based practices with respect for each client's pace, values, and lived experiences, ensuring that therapy remains collaborative and meaningful.
Beyond my professional work, I find balance and self-expression through creative pursuits such as writing, singing, playing guitar, and primarily reading which nurture my self-awareness and enrich my perspective as a practitioner.
