Hi, I'm Jayashree and I'm a trainee counsellor with a strong passion for mental health and emotional well-being. I work to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard and supported as they share their experiences. I strongly believe that access to mental health care is a fundamental right, not a privilege. I have associated myself with “Heart It Out” as they prioritize making mental health care accessible, safe, and focused on the client's needs.

I enjoy dancing, trekking and would consider myself more of an outdoorsy person. On a rainy day, you will find me with a book and hot cup of chai in hand. Therapy with me invites a thoughtful look inward, opening space for insight, healing and discovering yourself.
