Hello, my name is Kanika Spall, and I am a counselling psychologist with extensive experience in clinical observation and mental health advocacy. I specialise in assessment and intake, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), REBT, and Transactional Analysis to support diverse patient populations. My professional background includes roles in operations and administration, which have fostered strong communication and problem-solving skills. Therapy with me is a collaborative, supervised process focused on practical skill development and case formulation to create a supportive, impactful environment.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing the instrumental guitar and am currently dedicated to mastering the French language. Therapy with me is a collaborative, evidence-based process where I utilise techniques like CBT and REBT. I prioritise creating a supportive environment, focusing on clinical rapport and personalised intervention strategies to ensure a positive impact.
