Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional eating, self-esteem struggles, or parenting challenges, I'm here to help you make sense of things. With training in CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Emotion-Focused approaches, I work with you to understand your emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and build the life you want.
Outside of therapy, I love dancing, practicing yoga to stay grounded, and having long conversations with my best friend. These remind me why connection and balance matter, something I bring into my work with clients.
