Lisa Anne Desouza
Hello! I'm Lisa, a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals aged 13-40 through their emotional and psychological journeys. My approach integrates cognitive, behavioral, and humanistic techniques, tailored to each client's unique needs. I have experience working with neurodivergent children, trauma survivors, and individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I am skilled in case histories, MSEs, psychological assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Therapy with me is all about creating a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself.

Outside of work, I love taking long walks near a lake, unwinding with good music, and getting lost in movies or tv serials. My journey has been enriched through research on therapist well-being, social work with older adults and neurodivergent children, and hands-on clinical training. If you're going through a tough time, know that you don't have to go through it alone—I'd love to help.
