Mahek Agrawal
Hello, I'm Mahek. Therapy, to me, is a space for honesty and emotional safety. As a psychotherapist, I work with individuals facing anxiety, emotional distress, relationship concerns, grief, and identity-related challenges, offering a trauma-informed and non-judgmental environment that supports reflection, clarity, and steady personal growth, while respecting each person's pace, values, and lived experiences.
Outside the therapy room, I value meaningful conversations and staying connected to learning and creativity, and I enjoy art, creative expression, and travelling to new places. Therapy with me is a calm, collaborative process. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe. We work together to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a way that feels manageable and meaningful for you.
