Manubha Sharma
I'm Manubha, a Counselling Psychologist and EFT Practitioner, passionate about guiding individuals towards balance, clarity, and emotional resilience. I have worked with clients across diverse age groups, from adolescents to working professionals, supporting them through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a structured, evidence-based method — with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a powerful mind-body practice that uses tapping to release emotional blocks and promote healing.

Outside of work, I love cooking, reading, creating mandala art, and spending time in cozy coffee shops. In therapy, with me, you'll find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore every part of yourself freely. I see our work together as a collaborative journey — one that supports you in reconnecting with your authentic self, gaining meaningful insights, and developing the tools you need for personal growth and lasting change.
Highlights
I have a Masters in Psychology and other minor degrees in Human Resources, Dietetics and Nutrition.
Conducted researches on topics like metacognition, mindfulness and children's relationship with parents.
Volunteered as a teacher for underprivileged students for 2 years.
I am also a level 2 UK and India certified EFT ( Emotional Freedom technique) practitioner as well as trained in CBT.
