Megha Sharma
Hi, I am Megha - a mental health professional passionate about supporting clients, aged 18-65 years, suffering through emotional and mental challenges. I work at the intersection of empathy and cognition, understanding not just how my clients feel, but how they think, and my approach is rooted in person-centered and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I believe in empowering clients by equipping them with self-help tools and coping strategies that create lasting change. Every individual is unique, and so is my approach. My goal is simple - to give every client a safe, judgement-free space to show up exactly as they are, explore their full potential, and move forward in life.
Off the clock, I am someone who genuinely enjoys both moving and slowing down. Sports are a big part of my life - badminton, pickleball (my latest obsession), volleyball, cricket, carrom - if there is a game, I am probably in. But I equally love the quieter things - reading before bed, getting lost in an investigative docuseries, or spending way too long on Wordle and Sudoku.
Cooking, driving and dancing are my kind of fun. So are afternoon naps on weekends, absolutely no guilt there. Something I have noticed about myself - when I am a bit anxious, I clean. Not because I have to, but because it actually helps. Colouring and painting do the same. And when something is really weighing on me, I call a friend or family member. Talking it out always helps more than I expect it to. I think knowing yourself, what grounds you, what helps you process - matters a lot in this work. I am still learning that about myself, and I think that is exactly what makes me want to help others do the same.
