MICHELLE DOMINGO
Hi there! I'm Michelle, a compassionate counselling psychologist and educator who loves connecting with people and supporting them through life's ups and downs. Helping people understand themselves better is what inspires me every day. My approach is client-centred, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused interventions to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can heal, grow and thrive.

Beyond my professional work, I enjoy teaching, reading, and singing. My therapy sessions are warm, supportive, and client-centred. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, gaining insight and building practical tools to navigate life's challenges with complete trust and confidentiality.
