Purva Pandit
Hi, I'm Purva, and I'm here to support you as you navigate life transitions, career crossroads, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Having spent over two decades working closely with people in both corporate and personal settings, I understand the weight of stress, uncertainty, and self-doubt, and this shapes my empathetic, humanistic approach to therapy. I work with adults across age groups who may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low motivation, workplace stress, relationship or marital concerns, parenting challenges or midlife transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you to reflect, heal, and move towards balance and clarity.
Outside of work, I love travelling, discovering new cuisines, immersing myself in nature, and cherishing time with friends, family, and our pets.
Master's-level coursework in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Humanistic Psychology, and Psychoanalysis.
