Rabia Saliha
Hello! I'm Rabia Saliha, a Clinical Psychology trainee dedicated to promoting emotional well-being among adolescents and adults. My interests include anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship difficulties, and women's mental health. Drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centred approaches, I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and culturally sensitive space where individuals can explore, heal, and grow.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading about psychology and faith-based well-being, spending quality time with my family, and exploring creative projects. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and empathetic.
