Hello! I'm Rhea Anna Varkey, a mental health professional with expertise in educational and clinical mental health for adolescents and adults. My skills draw from teaching Grade 1-9 students and internships, specializing in anxiety, trauma ,family dynamics, and emotional regulation. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), psychoanalytical, humanistic approaches, and mindfulness techniques to foster personalized, empowering sessions in a safe space. The space i have created is queer informed and queer inclusive.
