Riddhika Pande
Hello, I'm Riddhika, a mental health professional passionate about supporting individuals through their emotional and personal challenges. I work with people across different life stages, helping them navigate difficulties with care and understanding. My approach is rooted in Client-Centred Therapy, and Queer Affirmative Therapy, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique experiences and identity. I strive to create a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, so we can work together to explore your concerns and support your growth with empathy and respect.
In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar & video games, spending time with animals, making art, and getting lost in books, films, or shows. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and relaxed, more like a genuine conversation where you can explore things at your own pace without feeling judged.
Published an article on adolescent addiction, contributing to mental health awareness and knowledge dissemination.
Awarded a Gold Medal for presenting research on "COVID-19 Anxiety and Resilience between the Vaccinated and Unvaccinated during post Second Wave of Pandemic"
Volunteered with organisations focused on inclusion and community support, helped in creating accessible materials for visually impaired individuals and assisted in organising large-scale events for people with diverse abilities.
Completed certifications and training in areas such as mental health counselling, solution-focused brief therapy, substance use, and gender identity.
