Rupali Tulsyan
Hi, I'm Rupali. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing primarily from ACT, DBT and CBT while adapting to each client's unique needs. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, self-exploration, and growth. I see therapy as a collaborative process, working together to understand challenges, build practical skills, and discover what works best for you.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, dancing every now and then, and watching meaningful films. These moments help me slow down, stay grounded, and appreciate different perspectives and stories.
I have completed my Master's in Psychology and am currently in the final stages of the RCI-recognized Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling.
My Master's dissertation explored the experiences of apology among young adults.
My involvement in community involves creating awareness on the topics of Personal safety education including Good touch and bad touch to the children in slums and schools.
I have attended Practical workshop on Counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions.
