Safa Altaf Esufji
Hey there! I'm Safa Altaf, a mental health professional, working with individuals aged 18 to 45, supporting them through life's challenges using a compassionate, humanistic approach. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience, manage stress, grief, anger and foster emotional well-being. Together, we will create a safe, non judgemental and collaborative space where you can explore, heal, and move towards your full potential.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I find comfort in tidying and organising my space, it brings a sense of clarity and calm. I enjoy meaningful moments with friends over tea and conversations. My evening terrace walks, under the setting sun, are a daily ritual that helps me stay grounded and connected to myself.
