Shahina Bashir
Hello, I am Shahina, a dedicated psychology graduate committed to help individuals aged 13-40 in navigating thorough their personal and emotional challenges, My approach is rooted in eclectic, person centred approach incorporating CBT, trauma informed and mindfulness based techniques to create a safe, non judgemental space.

Outside of my professional life, I am often creating something, maybe with clay/pottery, paint, embroidering, and with fabrics or recording videos and I often find myself being happiest when I am surrounded by nature and exploring while travelling. Therapy with me would feel like a gentle and honest conversation, unhurried, genuine and curious.
