Sharanya Manoharan
Hello! I'm Sharanya, a psychology professional with experience across clinical, rehabilitation, and educational settings. I support adolescents and adults navigating stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and person-centred principles, while I am currently undergoing certification training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to further strengthen my therapeutic practice. I believe that every individual has the capacity for resilience and change when provided with understanding, empathy, and the right support. As a therapist, I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences at their own pace. My goal is to help individuals gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies and move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Outside of therapy, I am a passionate classical dancer and dance teacher. Dance has taught me discipline, self-expression and the importance of connecting with emotions through movement. I also enjoy reading, exploring different cuisines, and discovering new places to eat. Whether through books, dance, or conversations over good food, I am naturally curious about people, their stories, and the experiences that shape them.
