Sherin Simon
Hello, I'm Sherin! A dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting individuals 18+ through their personal and emotional challenges. My practice blends cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and some mindfulness-based approaches to address concerns like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, coping with changes, and many more. My aim is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can comfortably explore your feelings and foster personal growth.
Beyond my professional life, I love unwinding with a good book or movie, exploring new cafes and eateries, and finding joy in either drawing or gardening. These interests help me stay grounded and bring a calm, open energy to our sessions.
