Shweta Pal
Hello! I'm Shweta Pal, a mental health professional with a decade of hands-on experience working with children in government school settings. My practice draws on cognitive and humanistic approaches, with a focus on child and adolescent concerns, academic stress, and learning challenges. I bring exceptional patience — honed through years of managing diverse young learners — to create a safe, non-judgmental space where each client feels genuinely seen.
Outside sessions, I find peace in music, spirituality, and faith. People often tell me they feel at ease around me quickly — I bring warmth and a disarming presence to every interaction.
