I am Soumili, a dedicated Mental Health Professional creating a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples aged between 18-40 years, to make them feel seen, heard, and understood. As a Psychologist and Human at first, I believe that every person irrespective of gender, class, race and identity deserves empathy, respect, and acceptance, and I strive to support clients as they navigate through their personal, academic/professional, and interpersonal challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral and Evidence based approaches, allowing me to tailor sessions according to individual's unique needs. Beyond work, you'll often find me clicking pictures, recording myself as if I'm in a movie (yes! a typical bollywood lover). I also love to make paintings, cook new dishes and sometime sing songs while doing so. Watching travel vlogs, binge watching movie and series are some non-negotiables which makes me curious to see how different people belonging to different places lives life.
