Toshi Gupta
Hi, I'm Toshi. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology, and my journey into mental health began with a simple observation — that the pressures people carry quietly often weigh the most. My areas of interest include anxiety, stress, self-esteem, adolescent and student mental health, workplace burnout, and emotional regulation. Having worked closely with students and young professionals for over four years, I understand how academic expectations, career transitions, and social pressures can slowly chip away at emotional well-being. In our sessions, my focus is on listening without judgment, understanding your world as you experience it, and helping you find clarity and confidence at your own pace.

Outside of psychology, I'm a certified open-water scuba diver, a published author, and someone endlessly curious about people and places. Diving taught me a lesson I bring into every session — when things feel overwhelming, the answer is rarely to struggle harder; it's to slow down, breathe, and move with intention. Whether through research, writing, or conversation, I love helping people understand themselves a little better than they did yesterday.
