Trisha Pais Prabhu
You deserve a space where you can just be yourself, let's begin this journey together. I'm Trisha, a clinical psychology trainee with an international academic journey and a multicultural upbringing across Amsterdam, Greece, India, and Dubai, bringing a diverse and inclusive perspective to my work. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, and identity-related challenges, using a tailored, integrative approach that centres on your unique needs and experiences.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy painting, staying active through sports, and finding creative ways to unwind and stay balanced. Therapy with me is an honest, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore your thoughts and emotions openly, and work together towards meaningful, lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.
