Upali Upasana Giri
Hello! I'm Upali Upasana Giri, a mental health professional supporting individuals aged 10 to 40 through their emotional challenges. My approach blends mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioural, client-centred, acceptance and commitment and existential practices. I offer a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate space for deep reflection and emotional awareness —where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they reconnect with their inner resilience.

Outside sessions, I enjoy reading, mindfulness practices, travel, and exploring research on self and youths mental health. Therapy with me is reflective and collaborative.
