Vir Singh
Hi, I'm Vir. My journey to becoming a mental health professional was inspired by my own search for healing, meaning, and wholeness. I believe that beneath our struggles, pain, trauma, anxieties, and complexes lies immense potential to grow, transform, and create the life we truly desire. I draw from modern evidence-based modalities like CBT and ACT, alongside humanistic and depth psychology, with an interest in supporting people facing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-sabotage, and low self-worth. I'm here to help you explore your potential and uncover your courage, resilience, and authenticity.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the ocean swimming and surfing, or in the mountains hiking. I also love reading and exploring philosophy, shamanism, and depth psychology.
